ASRC Construction Technologies (ASCT) has developed a successful model of collaboration with customers, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers during our past projects. We employed this model to oversee the extensive team working with ASCT to perform work for the Ground-based Mid-Course Missile Defense Program in Fort Greely, and then again during execution of our IDIQ Task Orders at the Defense Intelligence Analysis Center in Washington, D.C.
Team members are selected for their expertise in a particular discipline or project component. Our Project Management personnel will provide coordination and management for subcontractors and vendors, ensuring the appropriate communications processes are in place.
